Humble Dominations Fitness is takes pride in understanding our members physiological needs, possible existing injuries, strengths/weaknesses, and goals. Before a training plan is created, we must assess your body and conduct a physical assessment to see where you are. A personal training consultation gives you the chance to get to know the personal trainer you will be working with, ask questions, and get comfortable in the fitness setting. The consultation usually starts with introductions and a few questions between you and your trainer. Next, the trainer may take a few measurements and/or assessment tests to help you track your progress over time. Once you have finished the initial stages of your consultation, you may spend some time in the fitness studio. Your personal trainer may have you work on a few machines and gauge your fitness level. Please wear comfortable clothes.

Tim is a fitness professional with over 20 years of experience dedicated to helping people reach their health and fitness goals. He has served over 24 years in the United States Marine Corps and has continued to gain a passion for all matters that are in conjunction with health and fitness. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is well-versed in a variety of training methodologies. Tim’s other certifications include United States Marine Corps Force Fitness Instructor, High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Level I & II, and TRX Suspension Training Level I, and NASM Nutrition Coach Certification. He has competed in marathons, obstacle course races, competitive rugby, and currently holds a Pro card with Organization of Competitive Bodies (OCB), a natural bodybuilding organization, in Men’s Physique division.  
He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Park University in Kansas City, MO and a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago, and is currently pursuing his PHD in Exercise Science. Tim is an expert in creating customized, intelligent and motivational programs for all levels. He loves educating people while training, whether you’re a professional athlete trying to crush your goals, a sedentary office employee who wants to pack on lean muscle mass, a mom-to-be wants to prepare for a healthier pregnancy or an active individual that needs post-surgery rehab. Regardless of your goals, you’ll be in excellent hands!
